SERVICE ADVISOR

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Monitor the repair work to make sure the vehicle will be ready when promised and contact the customer if delays are expected.
  • Recommend optional services to client.
  • Prepare periodic maintenance service monitoring and inform/advice the client thru email or phone calls, that PMS Interval for their unit must be followed or else warranty will be null and void.
  • Prepare weekly report for all Services done both outside and within the workshop.
  • Prepare weekly status report for all under repair brand new units to give update if it is ready or not ready for sale and also to inform the parts & material controller for the required parts needed for the completion of repair.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Marine), Engineering (Others) or equivalent.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • With professional Driver’s License

EXECUTIVE SECRETARY

JOB RESPONSIBILITES

  • Provides secretarial and administrative support to the General Manager
  • Coordinates works with other executive and support staff to ensure high performance, customer service oriented work environment.
  • Prepares logistics requirements for various meetings and events. Materials needed were prepared on time, hotel reservations, if needed and other logistics requirement were accomplished.
  • Acts as a liason in coordinating matters between the General Manager’s office and other department heads and managers.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Plans, organizes, implements sales programs for the area handled and is responsible for achieving overall sales objectives.

  • Provides counseling and individual trainings Sales Consultant and determine their weak areas for improvement and to enhance strong points.

PARTS COORDINATOR

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Handle all parts & supplies requisitions not available in warehouse
  • Prepares Canvass Sheet and all documents necessary for the approval of his/her superiors.
  • Prepares Purchase Orders by verifying specifications and price
  • Obtains purchased items by forwarding orders to local suppliers; monitoring and expediting orders.
  • Verifies receipt of items by comparing items received to items ordered; resolves discrepancies, if any, with the suppliers
  • Forward all invoices and receipts to Accounting for proper costing and/or item receiving in the system.
  • Provides purchasing planning and control information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least 4 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

QUALITY CONTROL ASSISTANT

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Inspect the newly delivered units based from Purchase Order specification provided by the import officer.
  • Report all defects and missing components of the truck to the supplier of new units.
  • In- charge of acquiring stencils of newly delivered units and submit to the Import Officers and accounting Department.
  • In-charge of Pre Delivery Inspection prior to release to the clients.
  • Process all needed documents for the materials needed in the preparation.
  • Process all needed documents for the release of units such as vehicle checklist, stencils, and gas PR.
  • Conduct final checking in the units after the completion of PDI conducted by PDI mechanics.
  • Ensure that PDI process and standards are strictly followed.
  • Submit Stock Units Status Report weekly to all all concerned departments.
  • Document and update inspection results by completing reports and logs
  • Maintain safe work environment by following standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations
  • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading technical publications, and attending seminars
  • Conduct Proper Operation and Maintenance Seminar to the drivers and mechanics prior to the release of new units.
  • Prepare technical reports for all parts failure as requested by the clients, or as needed in the investigation.
  • Responsible/accountable for all assets/equipment assigned to/used by him/her.
  • Attends all training courses/sessions as required and provides the appropriate feedback on the usefulness, effectiveness and/or relevance of these courses.
  • Brings to his/her immediate superior attention any incident, issue or problem which requires higher management resolution.
  • Provides timely, accurate and comprehensive periodic status or progress reports to his/her immediate supervisor.
  • Complies with all agreed KRAs/KPIs for his/her position.
  • Strictly complies with all company policies and regulations, employee code of conduct, safety and security programs etc.
  • Participates actively in working committees that he/she may be assigned to.
  • Performs other duties assigned by his/her immediate supervisor as needed.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Must be College Graduate with a degree to engineering/ mechanical engineering is an edge.
  • Must have a Working Background for being an Quality Controller Assistant/Officer.
  • Must knowledgeable to MS Office / Computer literate.


PDI ADMIN

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Organizes, updates, file and safe keeps documents of the department.
  • Provide both clerical and administrative support.
  • Letter writing
  • Dealing with telephone and email inquiries;
  • Creating and maintaining filing systems;
  • Scheduling and attending meetings, creating agendas and taking minutes.
  • Keeping diaries and arranging appoinments;
  • Using a variety of software, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel, etc., to produce correspondence and documents and to maintain presentations and records.
  • Devising and maintaining office systems;
  • Booking rooms and conference facilities;
  • In-Charge of monitoring and requisition of office supplies.
  • Arranging travel and accommodation for staff, visitors and customers.
  • Photocopying and printing various documents.
  • Secure all copies of documents received such as Prepare to Release, Pre-Delivery Inspection and Warranty Claim reports.
  • Ensure that all forms needed like vehicle trip ticket; part/materials issuance slip, material gates pass, and OT form are always with enough copies available.
  • Maintain records of all TPDI Mechanics prepared JO and also summary of expenses of the department.
  • Operates office equipment and completes general office work. Sorts and distributes mail.
  • Sorts and routes documents for approvals.
  • In-charge of monitoring, replenishment and issuance of warranty booklets.
  • Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
